WVTL presents our 2nd annual "Citizens Express" bus trip to the State Capitol in Albany.  You'll get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the workings of our state government in action, along with guest speakers and area politicians.

Tickets are $20 (cash only) and include roundtrip bus and lunch.  After March 17, tickets are $25. Purchase at the WVTL Studio, 5816 Route 30, Amsterdam, weekdays 8:30am-4:30pm. Tickets are also available online for $25 through PayPal.  NO refunds.  Dress is business casual.

Intinerary (times are approximate):

7:15am: Board Birnie Bus in the North Utica WalMart Parking Lot

7:30am: Bus leaves for Albany

8:45am: Bus arrives in Amsterdam for WVTL pickup

9:00am: Bus leaves for the State Capitol

9:45am: Arrive in Albany

10:15am Welcome and introductions

10:30am: Tours and welcome

12:00pm: Lunch with local elected officials and representatives.

1:00-3:00pm: Meetings with legislators and committee members

3:15pm: Board Bus for return home

3:30pm: Bus leaves for Amsterdam

4:15pm: Bus leaves for Utica

5:30pm: Arrive in Utica
